With regards to the use of Slim25 and the workout plans we provide, results may vary depending on your weight, age, metabolism, and eating habits. Slim25 can help you lose weight efficiently and effectively if used as directed.  

 

 

The single purchase price of the Slim25 product is $49.95 plus S&H. It is a 30 serving canister that weighs 2.54 lbs. Any major Credit Cards such as American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover are accepted. ACH payments are accepted over phone. To qualify for free shipping you must purchase two or more canisters at one time. If a customer orders a single canister and it is placed and then they call us back to try and get another canister in the same order to qualify for free shipping we cannot guarentee that the customer will get the free shipping because the order may have already been shipped. Supplies may be limited so when you order the product we will let you know if your specified quantity and flavor is available. 

 

 

All of Slim25's shipments are done through the United States Postal Service. All Orders are sent via USPS Flate Rate Priority at $5.95. This service is a 2 to 3 business day delivery.  

 

 

The 30 day money back guarentee applies to any purchases of the Slim 25 bottle. If you cancel, and want to return for refund any product sent to you, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase to Nutrition 25 LLC. at your expense, in substantially as good condition as the product was received. Any goods delivered to Nutrition 25 LLC. in the above mentioned conditions are eligible for a full refund less shipping and handling.

The Slim25 weight loss program is available to residents in the Continental US only and it cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, APO Boxes or military addresses.

Although Nutrition25 has taken every reasonable measure to have sufficient inventory to fill your order, availability of product(s) may change without notice. Nutrition25 is not responsible for unavailability of product due to popular demand, whether discontinued or still in production.

 

I authorize Nutrition 25 LLC. to withdraw payment for my Autoship order(s) from my credit card identified in the initial order from this website. Nutrition 25 LLC. is authorized to withdraw payment equal only to the amount of the products, applicable shipping and handling of products that I order, or the Autoship orders I have selected. I understand that my Autoship order will ship thirty days from the original date of the first order from this website, I understand that my credit card may be charged up to 5 business days prior to the scheduled shipment date. I agree to pay a $15.00 service fee in the event a charge is returned for any reason. I agree to pay a $10 service charge if my Auto-Delivery order was returned back to Nutrition 25 LLC. due to not notifying them of my address changing or providing them with the inncorrect address.  I have the right to have the amount of any erroneous withdrawal deposited into my account as soon as reasonably possible and upon proper notification to Nutrition 25 LLC. I shall hold Nutrition25 LLC. harmless for all special or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any wrongful debit to my account.
